THE HUNTED
A threesome game where each hole pits one against two
Each hole will pit one player against two “hunters.” The golfer with the middle-distance drive on each hole is on the run and the other two are in pursuit. The middle KP ball on par 3s). The “hunted” player matches twice his net score on the hole against the combined net score of the “hunters.”
A dollar value is assigned to be at stake for each hole. For example, if each hole is worth a dollar and the hunters win, the loser owes them each $1. If the player on the run wins, he/she will collect $2. Decide in advance if the value of halved holes are carried over. Play “honors” on the tee. If you have one player who is consistently long, use the middle drive on hole number 1 and 10 to decide who is on the run, and then tee off in rotation for each hole from there.
