CHAPMAN
Teammates play each other’s shots for two strokes and then alternate on one ball
Played with two person teams, each player hits their drive then plays their second shot by hitting their partner’s ball. The best second shot of the two becomes then becomes the only ball in play. From that location, the player whose shot is not used hits the first alternating shot. Teammates continue hitting alternating shots on that one ball until holed.
This format can be played on all eighteen holes, or you can modify the number of dual shots hit on Par 3s and Par 5s. In this format, alternating shots begin after the drive on Par 3s and after three shots each on Par 5s.
