About the Course
Bear's Best embodies Jack Nicklaus's 'living museum' concept—18 handpicked favorite holes replicated from his portfolio of over 200 courses worldwide. The Las Vegas edition earned a 4.5-star Golf Digest rating, while Atlanta was recognized in Golfweek's Top 10 Georgia courses and Top 200 residential courses in America. The 7,194-yard challenge begins at Hole 1 (PGA West replica): a 413-yard par-4 wrapping around a sharp dogleg, guarded by water and deep bunkers. Hole 8 stretches 599 yards downhill as a par-5, with a wide fairway and no bunkers testing distance control. The signature 15th is a 230-yard downhill par-3, with bunkers flanking both front corners and the Las Vegas Strip as backdrop. With a slope rating of 147, every hole distills Nicklaus's design philosophy—from La Campanas in Santa Fe to La Paloma in Tucson, one round equals a journey through Nicklaus's architectural universe.
