About the Course
Designed by legendary golfer Arnold Palmer, this 27-hole layout features 10 lakes and 90 bunkers across 270 acres, creating Hawaii's most strategically demanding challenge. Water hazards come into play on more than half the holes, while the greens on courses A, B, and C are recognized as among the fastest in Hawaii. The A-C combination reaches a slope rating of 134 from the back tees, serving as the ultimate test for seasoned players. The signature C4 hole stands as the course's most formidable challenge: this par-4 is defended by a lake on the left, fairway bunkers on the right, and out-of-bounds beyond—demanding pinpoint accuracy off the tee. The 183-yard par-3 C7 brings its own peril, while two par-5s (A9 and C2) hide strategic complexities within their length. This course doesn't rely on ocean views; instead, it wins through pure tactical design and lightning-fast greens that turn every round into a series of critical decisions.
