Course Highlight
Set on Paradise Flats in the Okanagan Valley, this course contrasts open links-style front nine with pine-forested back nine, where five holes skirt the dramatic Trout Creek Canyon, featuring a signature par-3 7th over water and a risk-reward par-5 18th along the canyon's edge.
About the Course
Summerland Golf & Country Club is the only venue in the Okanagan to host four provincial championships in six years and serves as home to Golf Canada's NextGen Pacific Championship. This semi-private course has earned recognition as 'Best Golf Course in the Okanagan' for its competitive design and remarkable diversity. The front nine features generous fairways punctuated by four demanding par-4s exceeding 400 yards, testing driving power across relatively flat terrain. The back nine ventures into towering Ponderosa pine forests where five holes dramatically skirt the massive Trout Creek Canyon with rolling fairways and elevation changes. The signature 7th hole demands a precise shot over a tranquil pond on this par-3, while the 18th offers a risk-reward par-5 just over 500 yards—those seeking to reach the green in two must flirt with the canyon's edge off the tee, creating a heart-pounding moment of calculated risk.
